I called HR after months had passed and I had not heard back from the hiring manager. Days later, the hiring manager called and scheduled an interview with me. The interview was very short. Questions included: Why do want to work for Neiman Marcus? What's a memorable customer service experience? The manager asked about clienteling etc. I did was not offered the job because my school schedule interfered with the work schedule.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
