Easy; they told me I was hired as soon as I walked in given my frist interview was at another location. Extremely easy, literally google the most basic interview prep video if you're in high school and you are prepared.
Contacted through email, set up an interview, got a call back in 3 days. Very easy and streamlined process. Very low stress interview. Asked questions like favorite menu drink, what would you do if a customer …, etc.
During this interview they only asked very general questions about work ethic and my availability. They were friendly and not trying to trick me or anything. I felt very comfortable the whole time.
