The interview process was very low stress and laid-back. I just had a short conversation with both human resources and one of the managers. Very general questions about work ethic and personality, and other work experiences. They were easy to work with and represented the company well. Described the responsibilites sufficiently.

Phone interview, 30 minutes long. Probably three or four questions about previous work experience and telling a story about how you multitask, disgruntled customer, and how you research information for a cx and needing to place them on an extended hold in order to answer them properly.
