Extremely unprofessional and rushed, with no follow up. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and had her colleague call me the next day (with 30 mins notice). She hadn't sent me the position description until she got me on the phone. The phone call went well, and I told her that I would send my resume within the hour after we got off the phone. She proceeded to call me three times within that hour to make sure I was sending over all of the other info that she requested (I was revising my resume and catering it to the role at the time). Disappointingly, I never received a follow-up response. I followed up a week after the call with the recruiter who spoke with me on the phone, and received no response. I followed up with her supervisor who reached out to me on LinkedIn and she responded that she'd get back to me (no response either). I followed up again a week later to find out if there were any updates, and received a one-word response that didn't provide any feedback. I felt like a number that they were trying to fill for their quota. I would not recommend working with this staffing agency and wasting your time.
