Interviewed by 4 (!) people for entry level position - one of whom said, "are you SURE you want this job???" I should have taken that as a hint and moved on.

The process began with a brief phone interview. Shortly after that I was called in for two in-person interviews on site. Before those interviews began I was given half an hour to complete a two-part skills assessment. A couple of days later I was asked to complete PI / PLI assessments online.
