Started with an internal recruiter followed by multiple short interviews with current attorneys, both partners and associates. No structure or format to interviews. More of a conversation and opportunity to ask questions. Each interview session of 15 or 20 minutes had two or three people in the zoom room.

Great process, everyone is nice and helpful. Really enjoyed learning about firm culture. The two office in LA structure is a bit confusing though. But overall a good experience. Would encourage applying.

Participated in Zoom screener interview for Associate position at the firm's newly opened Chicago Office. The partners were very friendly and seemed passionate about their work. It appeared that they were looking for personality fit more than experience fit.
