They have created a new portel for adding all Ur details online, so they can see all your talents without seeing Ur cv - That's a great. Work they created. Waiting hrs is too long that's makes our energy down. While iam starting my interview, I was almost feeling sleepy due to long waiting hrs, this makes my opportunity to mess, even though I was having good experience, I can't able to respond promptly. I seen few interviews are are good in communication, but my interviews mood was not ready in good condition, I think she had called on non working day to office because of interview need to be taken. She is totally not in a mood to take interview, from the Beginning the communication was soo rude... And asking all questions very harsh and the face expression was Also too rude.... That's makes everything into mess.... She doesn't create a environment to be comfortable, I ask hi how are u?? The response was too bad..... And every while doing technical test, Computer are not upto the market, Software are not updated, most of the tools are not working, lots of bugs the the production computer. One hr task takes 5 to complete due to lots of technical issues, if we ask help y it's happening, the are responding, u have lots of experience, u don't no how to solve this problem. At final, after completing the technical test, I said I am done with the it, she was in the Mobil and just saying mmmmm...... Iam asking what next, shall I wait or what?? No response at all.... I asked again shall I leave?? Response came mmmm........ What is it i don't understand. This clearly indicated , she is not all ready to work. Bec of her attitude, I can't do anything... There it self my results is clear too.... But I done my technical test good even though lots of bugs in computer. Hoping the results 50:50
