I dedicated my heart and soul to the assignment they provided, which was extensive and demanding. However, I can’t shake the feeling that their interview process is more about gathering ideas from candidates than actually hiring. They conducted four rounds of interviews, yet no one followed up afterward—an absence of courtesy that speaks volumes. The CEO, in particular, came across as rude and arrogant, displaying behavior quite unbecoming of a leader. While the product they’re developing is impressive, the team’s approach and attitude are disappointing. Reflecting on this, I feel relieved; if the CEO places such pressure on candidates during interviews, it’s hard to imagine what the work environment would be like under his leadership.
