Submitted application online. Got email notifications. Phone interview and then in person interview. Communication was made through email. Very responsive and quick. THe phone interview took about 30 minutes. They tell you about the position and the company, then they ask you a few interview questions.

I found the company through a recruiter. The link to the application was wonky but once that was figured out the application was easy and fast. I was then scheduled for a phone interview (Eastern Time) and spoke with two managers for about 45 minutes. They gave me an explanation of the job and benefits. They asked me about my current duties and experience. At the end of the call I was informed that HR would reach out to me. I was then contacted by HR and we set up an in person interview. They paid/reimbursed for and helped arrange the flights, hotel and rental car. I recommend looking up your own flights at the same time or before talking with the company that they outsource travel too. Both the HR and travel representative were helpful and professional the process just would have been smoother if I had found flights in advance. Finally the in person interview lasted 2+ hours. I was given a thorough tour of the lab and then sat down for an in person interview. Interview included things like how the processes are different between my current lab and Neo and how comfortable I would be with their processes/procedures. Finally I was given a quick test in which I counted chromosomes on a few printed out metaphases. Lastly I asked a lot of questions about the company and fort Myers and the day to day. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and really encouraging.
