Phone Screening interview followed by interview with the hiring manager and then finally a multi round interview in which I gave a presentation on my research. After the research presentation I interviewed with individual research teams where nobody turned on their cameras or introduced themselves. Was very awkward and uninviting.

I was asked to put together a 30 minute presentation about a project or topic I had experience in. This was followed by 3 30 minute interviews with various people. I followed up with a thank you email a day later and inquired about their decision a week later but was ghosted. Disrespectful and Unprofessional.
