I feel compelled to write this interview review after having seen another individual write a similar review -- for the SAME POSITION -- which was posted on October 23rd, 2024. I submitted my application on August 19th, 2024 along with an internal referral. At the end of the day on August 26th, I was invited to a late-afternoon interview on August 28th -- essentially, less than a 48-hour notification, which struck me as short-notice. There were supposed to be 4 people meeting me on-site in Blainville, including two leadership personnel in the company. These two leadership personnel did not show up, which was a serious red flag; instead, a person in some unspecified role at Neopharm's Laval site was there, but she only stayed for ~30 min out of the 60-minute interview. That left 2 out of the 4 people that were supposed to meet me. The interview was conducted exclusively in French, which was a second red flag; I'm predominantly anglophone, educated bilingually, but I've lived outside of Quebec for many years I've lost my ease with French, so I struggled. After the interview, I had a brief tour of the building -- but couldn't really enter any of the lab rooms because of regulations. Again, that interview was on August 28th. At the time of writing this review on November 14th, I've heard nothing further. No offer, no rejection, just complete ghosting. And now, I see another review that someone interviewed for the same position on October 23rd! In other words, they interviewed me as an internal referral and then interviewed someone else a full 38 business days later (accounting for weekends, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving Day). I'm entirely baffled that this has happened to me and at least one other interviewee for the same position.

Scheduled interview and was left hanging twice. The third time they contacted me, the interview was done impromptu. Originally scheduled for 30 min, it only lasted 10 and felt rushed.
