Entrevista
Quick and easy interviewing process. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional, and responsive. The time from my first interview to job offer was less than 1 week. Great experience all the way around.

Entrevista
Multiple rounds of interviews with key stakeholders. First round, general Nerd recruiting staff. Later rounds, stakeholders on the specific projects I would be assigned to. Overall the experience was pleasant and engaging.

Interview process was very immature even for a small company. Began with a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager that went well but had little to no technical questions. He seemed enthused and was talking about what a great fit I would be. I was brought onsite for a 2.5 hour interview. Once again, no technical questions other than high level design questions. The first hour was with that same manager, and he still seemed enthused. Next hour and a half was with his manager. The engineering portion went really well, we were talking about what I'd be doing when I started, etc. The conversation then shifted to HR issues, and thats where it got weird. I was told they recently had a layoff and that they only gave 2 weeks severance. I've survived layoffs and while I wasn't too worried about being subject to one, I asked if they'd be willing to provide a severance clause in my employment contract. I was told that although he asked for the same thing when he joined, that it would not be possible. That wasn't a dealbreaker though, and I left the interview expecting another round of interviews or an offer, but I still hadn't decided if I'd want the job. I then heard I was rejected because I asked the question about severance. Very strange.
