2. shortlisted for phone interview then offered interview day (group interview)
3. various activities that allowed them to review how you work as a group and how you present a pretend product and introduction to brand (with coffee tastings!) followed by 2 to 1 interview.
Whole process was quite enjoyable. Different to various other companies who usually just sit you down for a nerve racking interview. Nespresso's additional activities allow you to calm down and be yourself.

very chill, standard interview questions. Mostly looking for personality and how you can mesh with the team. Nothing to be scared of, be yourself and you will be fine. The managers there are very nice

It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.

Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
