Group and individual interview, maybe too long and too formal. I recommend to dress smartly and know about the products and Nespresso customer service.
In the group, don't lead so much but speak firmly. You are not applying for a manager position.
Be nice and smiling at all time - that's what you will be doing at the role.

It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
