The process takes months! Job 1 Applied 1 week later phone interview and then was told I had been approved for in person interview which took weeks to schedule on their end. Finally 3 weeks after my phone interview got in person. BTW they don't tell you this but you'll be doing interviews with multiple people over several hours (I was prepared thanks to Glassdoor.com) The in person is various people working at the company they ask you work history, and then it's all behavioral questions. Which is great but takes hours per group so it's very long and stressful. After my in-person I waited another 3 weeks! At one point I had been interviewing for a job for 3 months with the in person interview and they didn't even bother to call me! I spent 3 hours interviewing with 6 people. I got a reject email...not even a call! Broke my heart I cried all night about it. My recruiter said they loved me and I was basically runner up! I have over a decade of experience for the role and a BA in my field and I will never know why I didn't get it. Job 2 Applied a month after I had been already trying to get the job above...wanted my eggs in more than 1 basket. After I got the reject for job 1 the status on job 2 just sat there with no updates for weeks! I finally pushed to get something going because I wanted to make sure they saw my profile. Finally after 6 weeks I scored a phone interview to start the process all over again. Then last night I got a rejection email didn't even make the in-person this time. At this point I feel crushed and I get no feedback so I don't know if I'm not answering something correctly or if they are looking for something specifically. And I'm sorry to say that job 2 was lesser job I was more than qualified for it. It's not like I'm applying for something I have no experience in.
