Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) em dez. de 2012
Entrevista
After applying online, a few days later I was contacted by phone by someone in HR who asked for additional work samples and set up a phone interview. The phone interview went over my resume in detail and included a few behavioral interview questions. Quite a bit of time passed before I was contacted again. However, the recruiter I did my phone interview with was good about responding to my follow up emails. In one, he told me they decided to re-advertise the position. After about six weeks, I received a call back to schedule an in person interview. That interview took place the next week. It was a three-hour interview with three different people. All the questions were behavioral and asked for the most recent example of a given situation. I received a job offer the next day.

Tell me about the last time you went above and beyond to make a customer happy. This was hard for me because I am a writer, so I don't have customers. This one caught me off guard.
It surprised me that I was brought in for my interview at the same time as another candidate for the same job. We were both brought up together and at first I thought it was a group interview. That was unexpected. Then we were placed in separate rooms and I never saw him again.

Relaxed and informal. A lot of time is spent going over employment history. The job descriptions are brief. Phone interviewing has got to be one of the worst ways to review candidates. With skype and other video chat options, that would seem more appropriate.

Asking for salary requirements before having an actual interview. It is next to impossible to know what someone should be paid until the job is clearly defined.
