Initial recruiter screening. Checked background and motivations. Also had a couple “tell me about a time when…” questions. Next interviews were with hiring manager and technical team. All questions were “tell me about a time when…” and 4 interviewers in two panels. Lasted 2 hours. Whole process took about 1 month from application to signed offer letter.

There were one set of initial interview, and then series of three group interviews. Be sure to use SMART method and prepare several examples, as this will be needed for your group interview sessions.
