It was a 3-4 part interview. I applied via indeed, in which it asked a bunch of questions about your own fitness goals, personal goals, opinions on hard things in your life and what not. Then I got a email back wanting to schedule a phone interview which was pretty straight forward. They asked about my biggest regrets in life, what kind of company I want to work for and the last book I read. The next stage was to read a book called the Go Giver, which would be one thing if it was not something you had to go buy. After reading this book I had to write a book report on how I relate to the book. After making it through that stage I was invited in to do a face to face in which they make you put together a puzzle, stop you half way through it and have you put together another puzzle and see what you do. After I made it through that one I came back in yet again to do a phone try out reading the script to my manager trying to sell him on one of the programs. They gave me about 20 min to learn all I could then make the call. Finally my laster interview was to talk to the CEO and make sure he was good to go with me. Over all it was a big waste of gas and time. I was doing all this while working a full time job and they where not speady on doing any of this.
