A recruiter found me on my previous job and I initially interviewed with him by phone followed by a lunch/interview. He said he shortlisted me and recommended additional interviews, now with company officers. The interview process is part of NetApp's culture and consists of several interviews with people above you, peers and people that will report to you. All in all it was almost 10 interviews in 3 different cities. Very time-consuming but gives you a 360 view of the company.
