My interview process was very positive. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the creative atmosphere of the office and friendly staff. During my first interview, I met with the VP of Client Services and two more employees from the upper management. The questions were pretty straightforward. They mostly asked about my previous experience and educational background. For my second interview, I was a given a case study presentation to prepare. The case study was about specific challenge I had to find a solution for. It was a bit challenging, but I enjoyed working on it. I presented my case study to the VP, as well as the co-owners of the company.
