I applied in August, got an e-mail roughly 3-4 weeks later. There was three interviews. The first interview was a 15 minute phone screening. Very basic interview outlining your resume. The second interview was a webcam interview. It was more or less of the same thing as the phone screen except you go more in depth. Questions that are asked are solely based on your experience in regards to teamwork and past projects you have worked on in school or work. Unlike other people's experience on here with the final interview, I only had a one hour interview opposed to the three hour marathon interview. It was just like the combination of the first two and I was given a chance to just sit and be myself throughout the whole interview. I never felt uncomfortable by the interviewers, so overall it was a great experience. Two days later, I got an offer over the phone and later the documents were sent.
