The hiring and interview process are quite long, it seems that they are really looking for the one who will actually fit the position. The exam is interesting, testing the analytical thinking of the applicant. The people are so accomodating, from the first interview of the recruiter to the final interview of the manager it seems that I will make a right choice if I will be part of Netsuite family.
