The interviewers are all very friendly. Even the the HR assistant s very accommodating with my every question and friendly as well. The whole recruitment process takes month-long. I underwent five interviews from the HR to the Managers, Team leaders and directors. HR questions are pretty bit simple and personal. The technical exam is difficult specially if you are not really familiar with javascript. It is easy if you really use the language. The technical assessment would require you to answer a programming exam on a sheet of paper.
