The recruiter called to find if my profile was a fit followed by technical coding assignment that I had to complete. There was no time limit but when I was giving the assignment back I had to indicate how much time it took me to answer the questions. This coding assignment would be reviewed by the hiring manager and if you pass, you get a call. What I did not like about the process is when I pressed the recruiter to give feedback of why I was not selected, all she said was my code was not up to mark. I sent her multiple emails wanting to know a detailed feedback of why it was not up to mark as I wanted to grow from the experience. She then responded by re-sending her initial email again. I personally felt that my time away from the family on a weekend was not well compensated. I don't mind being rejected. It's part of the game.But what upsets me is when Companies don't show some basic courtesies back. I think NetSuite has an obligation to give a quality feedback.This is a classic example of people becoming commodities. Let's bring goodness back to Corporate America. Be nice to each other..It's little hard but that is the only way for true excellence.
