I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview went well, and then I was asked to interview with the supervisor. He was very impressed with me and said I would be getting an offer next week. The whole process took three hours. However, I never received a job offer and was ghosted for a while. A few weeks later, I received an automated rejection email without any feedback. I checked their LinkedIn page and found out they chose someone else who wasn't qualified in the field of work. Despite the initial interview panel and the supervisor being very nice, I think the final selection team is biased in some way. Summary: The selection process felt very biased. I will not waste time interviewing with this company again.

A person I had previously worked with referred me for a service delivery role at NetWolves. I had just resigned as a Program Manager from my previous job and was having a hard time even getting interviews anywhere. I submitted my resume to the manager for the Service Delivery team and was asked to come in for an interview. Not only did she interview me, but I was interviewed by the project management manager, as well as the VP of Operations at the time. Based on my experience, the VP thought I would be better suited for an executive assistant role and I was hired on as that.
