I've had 6 interview with different people. If HR says that she/he call you in specific time it wouldn't mean that they do it. One interview was with just graduated student. Netcracker has class in local colledge where students can learn "Java" and "Databases". Alumnus have priority in interview. HRs results mostly based on result of final project.
