Excellent hiring and interview process. They really try to identify people that can work well in the "Netflix Culture". Be prepared to meet with multiple managers that will assess your overall expertise. They move relatively quickly if your meet the qualifications and they like what you bring to the table.

The interview process was straightforward. I received a phone call as pre- screening. At the close of the screening we set up an interview time for the coming week. The in person interview was straight forward as well. There were no curve balls and the interviewer was very pleasant.
