I was referred by a former colleague. Recruiter reached out quickly, she was very friendly. Met with the hiring manager who also very friendly and the interview was more of a conversation. This was followed by a 1 hour panel presentation and Q&A to the hiring manager and 2 other people from the team and 1 stakeholder. After the panel I immediately had 3 x 30 mins interview with the people on the panel. After these conversations, I had 2 more 30 min interviews with more senior people on the wider team. The great part of the interviews were that they were all more like conversations and everyone was super knowledgeable on the shared topic. There was room for natural conversations and sharing of knowledge and thoughts.
