Call with recruiter, video call with hiring manager, video call with team(hiring manager directs, 4 people), video call with recruiter. After "debrief", next stage was video call with someone from HR, then another video call with the hiring manager. Overall, took ~4 months from application to close.

Almost everyone I interviewed with asked me how I deal with conflicting opinions in the workplace. One person even mentioned current tension across XFN teams. I would suggest reviewing the Netflix Culture Memo and ask them about "Disagree then Commit" and "Informed Captains" if you're not sure about working in an environment that encourages disagreements and feedback in the moment.
