Entrevista
I was first in contacted by a Talent rep, we had a short and rather casual interview before I met with the hiring manager on VC. We had a 30 minute conversation, that focused on ways of working, attitude and personality (looking for culture fit).
I was later flown to Amsterdam, and had 5 interviews back to back. Pretty intense! Some questions were grueling, but key is to stay calm and show that you can handle unexpected curveballs. After this panel it was quiet for a few months, before I was asked to have 1 more interview.
The process started in April, and I was offered the job in September - where they were pushing for me to move to Amsterdam and start within the same month. So strap in!

If you could create a campaign stunt for any title, what would it be? How do you balance structure and creative excellence? How are you with feedback, can you give an example of feedback you have received? Do you have feedback on this interview?
Ottimo colloquio, ragazza di HR di stanza a Londra molto simpatica e ti fa sentire a proprio agio. Si era resa anche disponibile a girare il mio CV a sue colleghe per altre posizioni nella sede italiana. Peccato però che spariscono nel nulla e non rispondono più ai messaggi.

Great, they’re waiting for personality and convictions which is what you’re looking for and they will get you there. Portfolio and confidence is key to success but need to be highly prepared
A lot of interviews with different people from different teams. Helped me understand the work process and which teams I will be working with. There were several difficult questions and a case study to prepare. Overall, the process was smooth.
