Whole process took almost 3 months. Each step I took had meetings rescheduled by the hiring managers. Design task was interesting and I liked the idea that I had to finish it during one work day and present it in the afternoon immediately after finishing it . It saved some time. But unfortunately this saved time was then lost when I had to wait two weeks for an answer, when I was promised only one week. I had to remind my manager about it.

Is about several steps the first is a review of your CV and portfolio, then if the first feedback is positive they make you have a language assessment test in which you need to prove your English level at least to be a C1. Once this is done you will proceed with an interview firstly with HR and then with a Design Lead and if this is successful you will get to the test as a home assignment. The test is the last step, if that is successful they will offer you a position in the company.
