Asked basic business analysts questions in the interview. 2 days later HR called me and said I have qualified first round and I will be having client round that week. I have been reaching out to the HR Himanshi since then over call and email but no response. They can completely ghost you even after something positive. At least clear communication is expected from hiring team.

There was a whole process in the college campus for a day which comprised of an aptitude test, then a group discussion then a small interview with an associate and later on an another long interview with the VP and accounts manager of the company which ended at night 10:30 PM. Later after that we were again called after one week to the main office, where the whole process started. We were called at around 2 but the process started at 4:30 my turn was at around 5:30 pm. Though it was not an interview round he started taking my interview again and after 4 rounds which i have already given earlier. The job had a bond for 3 years. The package was 4 lacs PA and it was changing for every other candidates though all were freshers. He told that I will have to sign the contract before the training period only and we can negotiate for the package again after 3 months according to your performance but the offer letter would be of 4LPA only. The industry average of this post is 7 LPA. They told me that maybe you will be having a potential of more than 7 LPA but we don't want to limit you that's why we are giving you an option to have this discussion again after the training period and signing the contract of 4 LPA for 3 years. I really don't know how this works . This was the only point which convinced me to not ask anything further and just let the interview get over on its own.. I really felt disappointed and bad after coming from that interview. I wasted a lot of time for a company which does not even value the time and skills of people who are there for the interview. They think everyone is naive enough to sign the contract for 3 years with a minimum salary package. I will never go for this company again.
