Applied online, received a call-back from the internal recruiter within 2 days and scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter. She informed me of the company's details both during the initial call and interview call. Questions were fairly generic around ability to perform the job applied for, while they leaned heavily on existing resume and recommendations provided to them. I had a follow-up technical interview, where I was asked questions around my technology focus, what I foresaw doing at my next job, and then was given an opportunity to ask (lots of) questions about the company.
