Went through 3 rounds of interviews, firstly with HR, then with my potential peers and finally with the VP of Customer Success. It was the usual competency and use case questions and i provided the answers and moved through the interview process. The recruiter told me i was successful and had been offered the role. I was given a draft contract and verbal offer and told the official contract would follow soon... Week passed and nothing, they failed to respond to emails although i managed to speak with the VP of CS, the answers were evasive and non committal. Eventually, after at least a month of waiting (whilst being unemployed - it felt a lot longer) i finally received a confirmation that 'the role is no longer open' Very unprofessional process, if they treat their candidates who make it through the entire process, then i hate to think how they treat their full time employees.
