The process began with a general test, which I completed successfully. About two weeks later, I had an interview call with an HR representative. During the call, HR expressed interest in my background and the technologies I had experience with. To move forward, I was asked to complete a certification on HackerRank and send them the certification link. I completed the certification within three days, but after that, I didn’t receive any further communication—even after a month.

A one-month process in which they supposedly train you by having you solve a given exercise or small project each week. Starting with a pool of 20 candidates, the difficulty level rises every week, narrowing it down to 8 candidates for the final round of exercises and interviews. Poor management that reeks of insecurity, as they push strongly for commitment without providing a secure onboarding process. They inform you that, for three months, you'll work for them on a trial period at minimum wage. Overall, the CEO's narcissistic behavior aligns with many small and intermediate companies in Greece that aspire to be the next Amazon.
