Poor Communication regarding interview location and interview follow-up. One person said they would have an answer for me within one week and another HR rep told me that I was not being considered but then contacted me to set up an interview a second time after the "We are going in a different direction' response ." that I received one day earlier. I walked into the office reception area for my interview. No one told me there was not a receptionist and no one was there to greet me for my interview. I thought I might be in the wrong location so I walked down one of the hallways to ask was this the correct office suite. I found the person that I was supposed to interview with. They were not happy that I entered the office hallways instead of waiting in the empty reception area. I thought this would be viewed as being assertive. The interview went downhill after that. Took me 45 minutes to drive to an in person interview that only lasted 15 minutes. My first interview with the director of the HR department lasted 30 minutes. Total waste of my time.
