The interview process was quick and easy! I put my resume in on a Wednesday, they contacted me the same day and asked me to take an assessment test online. They called me right after I finished and had me come in to interview in person. The same day I interviewed they gave me hands on experience so I thought that was a great opportunity to see what the position was all about. I was hired on the spot and asked to come back the following Monday!

very easy and helpful. it consists of 2 interviews, You will have to study and for the test and pass it. if not you will be terminated. after you pass the test you can start working as a loan officer

I met with the hiring manager in the office, it was a straightforward interview with the hiring manager for an entry-level position and I was given an offer at the end of the interview.

I was called to a room with 6 other and talked about the position and the need to be a high producer. After some of the managers put me aside and gave me more information on the position. Lastly I was give a tour of the office which seems like a high intensity brokerage firm, many of the loan officer seemed very tired.
