Thought the whole process was pretty logical. Completed psychometric tests, then had a recorded video interview and then an assessment centre in Coventry in January 2016. The assessment centre involved an interview, a presentation which you prepared for on the day and a group task. The interview was fairly straightforward, as was the presentation, although you do not get a lot of time to create your presentation (just under half an hour). The assessment centre had lots of graduates there who already worked there who were able to answer any questions and give support on the day.
