I was scheduled for an interview at 3:00pm. I sat and waiting for 20 mins and still no one showed. When I reached out to HR to obviously withdraw my interest, she responded with "our dynamic and flexible ways of doing things would not be a good fit." EXCUSE ME??? Late is late. Very rude and discourteous.

Very brief interview, no technical questions asked, no background discussion, no sharing information about their current situation or no transparency at all was given, they wanted and expected results from very first day without sharing much insights
