First of all, when you are invited for a phone screen interview with ceo, cto and client executive, that in its self should raise the simple question ; all three executives are doing phone screen? Wow they must have nothing to do besides running this company. But ok, this is a small company, mom and pop shop, I get it. First question was whether I was a PMI certified pm, eventhough that is the first bullet point in my resume. Second question was when I earned my certificate, and third q was what edition pmbok it was. Ok I then realized I was being interviewed by clowns. They had distrustful tone in everything they said. One interviewer was mystified by how a Project Manager can work as a contractor and then work as a full time employee. In his little mind he thought that this was a big change that couldn't be imagined. Complete incompetency that I can not describe in words. PMs beware.
