The interview process involved four-steps:
1st interview was with the Talent Acquisition Manager
2nd Interview was with the roles Direct Report, Director of Community + Culture
3rd Interview would be an in-person site visit and meet and greet with the Event Production Team
4th Interview would be VP of Culture
