Disorganized. There did not seem to be common questions or order of people that I meant to speak to. The recruiter overly shared information telling me that "it would look really good for him" if I took the job. It was not clear what level I was being interviewed for, and they tried to slate me in at a lower role than I was qualified for. Ultimately, I liked the last person that I spoke to and would have loved to work with her, but the process was very disorganized.
