Process was pretty smooth. Gave two rounds of technical interview and one managerial before the final HR round. 1st and 2nd Interviews were pretty average, did not ask much in depth. Managerial Round was good, got to know about the profile and work culture of the organization. HR round was standard.

I applied at GS labs through a job portal, as I received an invitation to apply for the position. It took them nearly 20 days to respond and schedule the interview. On the scheduled day, the technical staff didn't show up. So the HR said that she will reschedule the interview but hasn't heard from her yet. Lack of internal coordination and professionalism.
