There was an initial call with their recruiter. Then there was 90-minute technical screen (zoom). Then there was about 2 hours of cultural interviews (also zoom). There was a *lot* of patting on the back for their values. I was definitely picking up some Jonestown vibes. The COO in particular seemed particularly fixated on it, and even insisted on asking if I could commit to working 3-5 years at the company. I get the impression that Neuroflow thinks loyalty is owed to it rather than earned.
