We had a first interview. They said they were going to get back at me in a week and didn't do that for 3 weeks. I followed up with two e-mails and at the end, they rejected me with an automatic e-mail saying they were moving with another candidate. After this e-mail, they keep reposting the same job over and over again. All liars.

Job title, remote work conditions changed while I was already in the process. Seems like there is a frequent circulation of hiring for this position every 2-3 years. The person had a grin throughout the interview and didn't feel safe to express more. Looks like they need an "apply what we say" designer.
