Two supervisors asked a number of questions over 35 minutes related to the open position. Eighty percent of the questions asked were focused on my customer service experience, and therefore limited the details of my answers directly related to customer service experience. The two interviewers were very polite and professional.

Written portion followed by panel interview. The HR staff was incredibly friendly and supportive of the process. They explained the process and took the time to ask questions that made you feel comfortable. They escorted me to and from rooms, offered water and gave me time to relax in between the written and panel interview.
