Did an over the phone interview and two face to face. Invited back for the third but I declined. The whole process was the interviewer bragging about themselves with no questions asked about me. Quite frankly, the place seems like a huge scam

There were none, the guy interviewing me bragged about his car for 45 minutes, then ended the interview and said I would get a call if they were interested for a 2nd interview. Got the call and went back. This time the interviewer (same guy) bragged about his paycheck for another 45 minutes.
