The Interview started with a plant tour of the factory, very informative , reviewed each process stage, this was the most enjoyable part of the experience. I then was interviewed by a panel, basic explanation of company and expectations, they then led off with " talk us through your CV" , which I did , there was no questions as I went through my CV, there was the basic HR questions, The panel looked rushed for time, I commented on this so I would not run out of time, they said no, I asked a few questions and it was wrapped up quick, no travel expenses offered nor overnight expenses. I had to chase three times for an answer, I did not receive an answer from the company on the forth try they sent an email with a copy of a rejection letter which had been written on the 31st May, I was emailed it on the 8th June. I think it would be a good company to work for , just was not a good interview process for me
