Fiz uma entrevista na empresa New Breed Revenue (Winooski, VT).
Entrevista
I went in for a first interview, and they gave absolutely no information on salary, benefits, hours, etc. I was skeptical because of this. They were disappointed I didn’t want to go on a second interview, so I decided I had nothing to lose. When I went, they asked me what factors would contribute to whether or not I would accept the position. I told them that I’d need to have some idea of those factors that I just mentioned. They gave me absolutely no range of anything and then, at the end of the second interview, told me to contact them to let them know if I was interested in the position. I followed up twice, and not only did they not provide any info on salary, etc., but they didn’t even respond! Sorry, but a company saying “our employees don’t ever feel like they’re at work” isn’t going to suffice for me to make a living. I’m baffled why my inquiry on the SECOND interview would be off-putting or surprising.

Past experience, why I was looking to leave my current position
O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa New Breed Revenue.
Entrevista
1. Call with talent specialist
2. Zoom call with manager of copywriting
3. Didn’t stick around for the third round. The interview with the manager was one of the most uncomfortable ones I’ve been in. Seemed uninterested from the start, made getting the job sound like a privilege, was confused when I didn’t want to work Sun-up to sun-down for a meh job.

Do you mind having little time outside of work responsibilities?
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela New Breed Revenue (Burlington, VT) em nov. de 2021
Entrevista
I had two rounds of interviews, the second being in-person by happenstance as I had been visiting the Burlington area during the process. Each round I spoke to a single person, a different guy each time. Each was very friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed very committed to his work. Interview questions were somewhat predictable but the conversations were pleasant.
