First met with a supervisor, who was very welcoming. She started the interview by giving a tour of the care home, actually. We then met at the Redhill Office, which was where the job would be performed. She asked the typical questions, mostly unscripted. "What are your skills, have you worked with patients, etc."
Shortly after, she pulled in the HR lady who asked her own set of questions. They reviewed me and within a week called me for an interview with marketing director, who was more formal in the interview process. They hired me and let me start the following week.
